I've started clinicals and have been at Mountain View Hospital. I've learned so much this week and loved every second of it! The first day I worked in the Nursery and got to hold and do assessments on infants that were only a few hours old. It was amazing. I also worked with laboring and postpartum mothers. The highlight of the week was seeing a mother give birth to a beautiful baby boy. It was the most incredible feeling. I love nursing! Cheryl and Brandon were sooo nice for letting me stay with them this week as I leave their house early and come home late!I have also spent time in Provo with friends! It's been so nice being out of school. I have to start concentrating on writing papers and studying for entrance exams that I have to take in March for the RN program.
